My Autocoaching
- The team
- Autocoaching© is created after more than four years of sharing the illusion of achieving something useful. It is a company that has come to stay because it counts on a team, that has the will to live, and they pass it on every time they shake hands. They work with a registered methodology that relies on a continually expanding international brand.
- The machine
- Pablo Álvarez in Administration and Miguel Buzeta in Services form the basic team that makes Autocoaching a system that evolves and grows with the needs of our customers. Amongst them there is a strong partnership and they are continually trained in the most recent coaching issues.
- Directors of development and visual image
- Santiago Álvarez and Julián Romero are the connection point between Autocoaching and eCliente, a leading management company in solutions for online communication. They have the knowledge and tools necessary to deliver technology solutions that promote Autocoaching. Additionally, their experience in developing large portals and services for the mass public, provides a set of synergies that make solutions grow faster.
- Legal team
- The team of Alejandro Falcón, specialist in brands, and Aitor Canales y Asociados, are our lawyers responsible for patenting and product registration to provide the professionalism and quality that our customers demand. We take care not to skip any law for the protection of official data and our users know they can rely on the data received.
- your friends
- María Pía desde Printeralia, from the company Printeralia, and Daniel Vega, photographer, enable us to get the most direct market access possible. From photo editing, digital composition, development of innovative content (such as the magnet wheel of life) to the printing of all materials, they add a different colour to the project.
- The soul
- And if Autocoaching has a soul, this would have been created by Blanca Hernández, the person with the biggest heart in the world, who managed to express all the simplicity of a joyful life in her drawings. Thanks to her, all the drawings that accompany our work transmit the energy necessary to be able to face any change, be that positive or negative.
- The founder

Pedro Amador, after suffering an accident a few years ago, found that with his personal experience he might be able to help others. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Autocoaching which has patented a new methodology. Pedro Amador has recently published the book "Autocoaching: How to get the best of oneself". Trained as a software engineer and MBA by ESADE, he completed his training in NLP (Systemics), coaching and leadership in the prestigious CTI school. He is as well partner and collaborator of AECOP and ICF.

- We'd like to thank all the team that has supported the project in its different phases. Leo Antolí who was there when it started and made the code and database make sense. Miguel and Amparo who started different market studies of 30 people who gave us their factors. Daniel for his fantastic designs based on Blanca's drawings.
